Dear Mr. Koehler,

        I would like to let you know how much I have enjoyed my last half year at the Siemens. Siemens is an invaluable place for enriching my knowledge about mechanical field, I enjoyed working with my colleagues and I have learned so many things here.

        However, after delegated to Shanghai for more than one month, I still can not be used to living in Shanghai and don't feel good. So I decide to resign my job. Now I am working for Xinyu CAL project on Detail Design of Vertical Intermediate Double Looper, and I will finish my work before I leave. I think it may take 2 weeks, so I would therefore appreciate it if you would accept my resignation effective from 31 August, 2009.

        I would be very much obliged if you would kindly give me a reference letter before I leave. Thank you for all that you have done to make my work here both interesting and enjoyable.
